The OSDA N MAX 730W large-format module was unveiled, and the 0BB technology led the new trend of high efficiency

2025,06,11
On June 11, 2025, the Shanghai SNEC exhibition kicked off at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai), and Auda Optoelectronics made a stunning appearance with a full range of OSDA N products and smart energy integrated solutions, which was one of the most concerned exhibitors at the exhibition site.ODA OPTOELECTRONICS OFFICIALLY RELEASED THE OSDA N MAX 730W large-version module. With its innovative 0BB (busbar-less) technology, this new product became the focus of the exhibition and attracted the attention of many industry professionals and customers.0BB technology is a cutting-edge technology in the photovoltaic industry, which significantly improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of modules by reducing the busbar on the cell. The conversion efficiency of the OSDA N MAX 730W module is as high as 23.5%, and the power generation is more than 15% higher than that of traditional modules under the same lighting conditions. The busbar-less design not only reduces the current transmission path inside the cell, reduces the internal resistance and energy loss, but also improves the overall performance and reliability of the module. In addition, the 0BB technology uses a more advanced welding process to reduce the number of weld joints, reduce the risk of failure due to poor welding, and further extend the service life of the components.Production of the OSDA N MAX 730W module will be carried out primarily at the new site of Oda Optoelectronics in Jiaxing. Jiaxing base is not only an efficient production base, but also a demonstration project of green energy. The 7.2MW photovoltaic project on the roof of the base has just been connected to the grid, with a total installed capacity of 7,175.6kWp and an average annual power generation of 7.23 million kWh. It is estimated that in the next 25 years, the total power generation capacity of the project will reach 180.65 million kWh, equivalent to an average annual energy conservation and emission reduction standard coal consumption of 2,203.93 tons, carbon dioxide emissions of 5,881.96 tons, sulfur oxide emissions of 44.8 tons, and nitrogen oxide emissions of 15.17 tons, making an important contribution to local energy conservation, emission reduction and sustainable development. The project is also equipped with an intelligent energy management system, which can monitor and optimize power generation, energy storage and electricity consumption in real time to improve energy efficiency. The project not only provides clean energy for the Jiaxing base, but also demonstrates the firm determination of Ouda Optoelectronics in green manufacturing and sustainable development. In the future, 0BB technology will become an important development direction of the photovoltaic industry. With the continuous advancement of technology, the conversion efficiency of 0BB modules will be further improved, and the cost will be further reduced. The OSDA N MAX 730W module will be widely used in distributed photovoltaics, large-scale ground power stations, building-integrated photovoltaics and other fields to promote the sustainable development of the photovoltaic industry. Ouda Optoelectronics will continue to increase R&D investment, promote technological innovation, and provide more efficient and reliable solutions for the global photovoltaic market.
